If you use Prime Video, it may be worth checking your Amazon account for a promotional $5 Prime Video credit. This offer appears to be available to select customers, so eligibility can vary, but it only takes a moment to check.
Amazon regularly runs account specific promotions designed to encourage customers to rent, buy, or watch content through Prime Video. When an eligible promotion appears on your account, the credit can provide a nice little savings opportunity on qualifying Prime Video purchases or rentals.
How to check for the $5 Prime Video credit
Start by opening the offer link below and signing in to the Amazon account you normally use for Prime Video. If your account is eligible, Amazon should display the applicable promotional details and any requirements associated with the offer.
- Open the offer link below.
- Sign in to your Amazon account if prompted.
- Look for information showing whether the $5 promotional credit is available to your account.
- Review the terms and any expiration date before using the credit.
- If the offer does not appear, your account may not be eligible at this time.
What can the credit be used for?
Promotional credits can have specific restrictions, so it is important to check the terms shown by Amazon before making a purchase. Depending on the promotion, the credit may only apply to certain eligible Prime Video rentals, purchases, or other qualifying content.
This is one of those offers where checking first makes sense. There is no reason to purchase something simply to use a promotional credit, but if you were already planning to rent a movie or watch eligible Prime Video content, a $5 credit could help reduce the amount you pay.
